Just thought I'd mention this... I get nightmares and the only frequency that stops them is 174hz, so I was wondering if you could do anything with that? I'm not sure many people know about 174hz stopping nightmares either which is insane because it's amazing for it. I never have nightmares when I listen to the 174hz pure tone, when I have nightmares all night and then put the 174hz tone on it literally gets rid of them instantly

I LOVE that there are no extra noises ! I'm new. I experienced sound healing with a reike session but I can't always get into one and again fairly new to alternative healing. Can anyone PLEASE PLEASE tell me how to calm my mind and body when I play these youtube videos? I'm not sleeping health is getting bad from lack of proper sleep and a seriously insane amount of stress I can't control the majority of. I've become severely depressed and sleep deprived. Physical alignments manifest. I can't seem to relax at all. AT ALL. Especially laying down. My brain won't shut off. I try focusing on the sound but my thoughts are everywhere. It's seriously made meditation completely halt. And I already wasn't doing that very well. Any pointers? Anyone?
